spoke too soon. probably mistyped into my vm. `export
_JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true'`
fixes it.
this can be made permanent by appending \\
`_JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true'` \\
to \\
`/etc/environment`.
can someone please add this fix to the alpha? thanks!
