You could have a look at the free version of the ProSyst server ( http://www.prosyst.com/products/osgi_se_equi_ed.html). Looking at the feature list, it claims to have WireAdmin support, (see here: http://dz.prosyst.com/datasheets/FWandExtensions/mBS_Equinox_Edition_2.0.pdf) but I haven't tested that.
