Yes, but if you use M2Eclipse tool to import a maven project for a bundle artifact, Eclipse is not able to find neither the sources nor the javadocs. It's a pity because in such a way you haven't got the help on line and the auto-completion. IMO, if you release the OSGi bundle in a Maven repository you should follow the maven way.

IIUC, the sources are in the same jar as the classes but in the "OSGI-OPT/src" directory. This is a non-standard location.
