Chap 6 is a set of properties to be used by service implementors. There is 
nothing for the framework do to except provide the constants in 
o.o.f.Constants which it does.

Ch 6 does not require providing a distribution impl. If it did, then Ch 6 
would be totally out of place in the core spec.

Are you sure? Chapter 6 is the Remote Service spec. I'd love to see 
everyone implement that but I'd say it's optional :)

Hi all,

I have updated the wikipedia page with all the OSGi spec
implementations to Core 4.3. Some of the specs were renumbered which
made the edits a little awkward, but I've done my best to keep things
clear.
