:-) The reason for the folders is that the enterprise javadoc is built with links to the core javadoc, ../core/, with the assumption both jars are unzipped into the same folder. You can see this at http://www.osgi.org/javadoc/r5/core/ and http://www.osgi.org/javadoc/r5/enterprise/
