2) both approaches are incomplete, since creation of underlying factories is
hidden form the end user by SCR run time but at the same time they do not
provide a unified and adequate "factory manager" facilities to actually
access,
control, and customize these underlying factories and instance creation in a
type-safe manner.
3) the purpose of this bug is to discuss declarative services enhancements
