We are working on making RFCs drafts more readily available. 

As for spelling mistakes in RFCs, I would not worry too much. These are 
just design documents from which the final specifications will be written. 
It is in the final specifications that we want to avoid spelling errors.

Could someone inform me when will be released a new draft?

While reading the draft published in 2013/03 I found some word spelling 
errors. how is the process to notify (or help to fix) this kind of 
problem?
