Thanks! I fixed this informational table for the next Compendium release. 
Since the table is informational (and not normative), an erratum is not 
needed.

Changes sections are informational and thus no erratum is needed. But it 
should have been listed in the Changes section for Compendium R5.

This appears to have been a production error that was later fixes. Since 
the table is informational, an erratum is not needed. The normative 
chapter include the correct version number.

Since all the mistakes were in informational rather than normative 
sections, we don't need any errata. But thanks for identifying the issues 
and I have released a fix for the next Compendium release to include 100 
in the informational table.
