The OSGi Alliance is running an OSGi Developer Certification - Foundation Level 
<http://bit.ly/ZhKfYs> exam at the Rincon Centre in San Francisco on Jan 22 
[MAP <https://goo.gl/maps/48Kgr>]. 

This 3.5 hour exam (from 13.30 hrs to 17.00 hrs) consists of three sections:
Section 1 - written questions and answers, consisting of both multiple choice 
and open questions.
Section 2 – a practical assignment with working deliverables developed and 
submitted for assessment.
Section 3 - a practical troubleshooting assignment. Here OSGi bundles are 
provided and answers should be written on the exam paper.


OSGi Developer Certification – Foundation Level candidates should have some 
practical experience using OSGi, as well as a good understanding of the OSGi R5 
specification topics that are covered in the exam (see

<http://www.osgi.org/Certification/FoundationLevel#Examtopics> for the topics).

The exam fee is $500 per candidate with discounts available for OSGi Alliance
