The Aries JPA snapshots have probably been deleted as Aries JPA 2.7.0 was released last week. The OSGi R7 API is now also released, so the enRoute indexes and archetypes will need to be updated for that too. There are likely to be other Apache projects doing the same thing as part of the R7 RI release process.
Feel free to create a PR, or I should be able to update this on Tuesday.
