After researching the situation with Vaadin and OSGi I have decided to ask for help from anyone
interested in the subject
I have created a Github repo with a readme that explains the problems and added 2 videos, first
video is an intro to the new enRoute and the other a demo of the Vaadin problem.

The reason Karaf is of interest is that it seems that Vaadin's current handling of OSGi works with
Karaf but not Felix.
Anyone with knowledge of why this might be is very welcome to dig in and
provide some guidance.
Because Vaadin projects are now created from Maven Archetypes the new enRoute and Vaadin should be a
nice fit, but at present they are not.
