The RI in the distribution runs in the target directory. Look at the
osgi.properties file there.
org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation=sun.*,com.sun.*
I think you have a valid point that there can be a confusion. This is
the first time we have a RI that is developed in an open source
community, so we need to learn :-)
I have raised this as an issue in the OSGi bugzilla so the
organization has to come with an answer.
