when you updated the bundle, did you increment the Bundle-Version in
the metadata?

 So, how to let it work automatically to update every bundle once this
bundle was updated?

 Well, I am probably biased as the author but it does seem to specify
 what to do:

 - Install the fileinstall bundle,
 - start it
 - search for the load directory (this is in the default directory in
  which the framework is started). This directory is created by the
  file install bundle automatically
 - Drop a bundle in it.
