Turkish Minister / Syrian and Turkish Economy Ankara, Oct.25 ( SANA ) Turkish Minister of Trade and Industry Ali Coskun said Monday the Syrian and Turkish economy have good capabilities to increase the volume of trade exchange between Syria and Turkey up to $ 3 billions. In a statement to reporters upon his return to Ankara ending a two-day visit to Syria, the Turkish Minister added that the visit of President Bashar al-Assad to Turkey at the beginning of this year had positive impact on the relations between Syria and Turkey. He underlined the necessity of exchanging expertise between both countries in building new factories, adding that Turkey plans to help Syria in the fields of agriculture and tourism. Minister Coskun expected that Turkish Premier Recep Tayyeb Erdogan will pay a visit to Syrian in December to sign the Free Trade Accord between Syria and Turkey.
