Kaplan said: "when I say jihad, war must not be remembered. It may be in words. Jihad may also be done with publications. The defence we are doing right now is a way of jihad." HE STOOD UP In the 14th heavy penal court, Metin Kaplan who had previously refused to stand up in the hearing because of his foot injury, was taken to medical jurisprudence and examined. The Judicial Doctor made a report saying that Metin Kaplan was able to stand up in the trial. Kaplan who stood up to read his defence of 6 pages, totally rejected the accusation of terrorist. WE MUST SAVE OUR COUNTRY Kaplan who denied that he described Turkey as the place of war, said: "Turkey is the place of Islam, it is not true that I ordered attacks in several places in Turkey."
