Deputies Sean Pearce and Lew Argetsinger were both shot. Argetsinger was taken by ambulance to the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix while Pearce was airlifted by helicopter. Both were deemed to be in stable condition after treatment and surgery. Pearce is the son of Rep. Russell Pearce, R-Mesa who was in Washington, DC when he received notification that his son had been shot in the abdomen while carrying out his duties as a Deputy Sheriff. NWVs feature columnist, Frosty Wooldridge has been documenting many areas of concern regarding the invasion by illegals smuggling themselves across the border from health risks to the growing rage by Americans that Washington, DC seems unwilling to make serious efforts to shut down the border between these united States of America and Mexico. Recently President Bush made a statement that many find puzzling and angered many who maintain Bush is promoting lawlessness by condoning illegals entering the country illegally and promoting his sweeping amnesty proposal: "We want our Border Patrol agents chasing, you know, crooks and thieves and drug-runners and terrorists, not good-hearted people who are coming here to work," Bush said. "And therefore, it makes sense to allow the good-hearted people who are coming here to do jobs that Americans won't do a legal way to do so. And providing that legal avenue, it takes the pressure off the border." Bush angered his base support immediately after his reelection by once again floating his idea for an amnesty worker program. Opponents maintain there is no way to do a back ground check on the 12-15 million illegals currently living and hiding out in the continental United States and therefore, they should all be rounded up and deported for breaking the law by sneaking into this country. Outraged citizens say there is a plethora of examples to back their position about shutting down the border. One such American is Marc C. (city and name withheld at his request). Marc, a long time rancher who has had it with illegals coming onto his land, breaking into his home and threatening his family said, "It won't be much longer before the shooting starts. These (expletives) who sit on their fat (expletive) up there in Washington aren't doing anything to stop or deport these people smuggling themselves across the border. We have the right to protect our own and if that means start shooting them to get the message across, so be it." Marc isn't the lone voice in predicting the situation could heat up to violence. (search ) During our phone interview, Marc's wife, Lena, also wanted to convey a message to Governor Schwarzenegger, "While the Governor and his Kennedy wife sit in their multi-million dollar house or the Governor's mansion, people like us have to wear a gun to walk outside and collect our mail. Maybe when these gangs begin to roam the hills of the rich and famous in Hollywood or Malibu and start raping and killing white women there and their daughters, Governor Arnold's friends might ask him to please put the National Guard on the border and stop this invasion, not only of rapists, killers and trash, but terrorists we know are coming across." On June 13, 2004, U.S. Border patrol agents detained 53 Arabic speaking men near the Mexican border in Arizona. An earlier incident on June 21st involved 24 Arabic speaking men who were seized after being chased. They were part of a larger group of illegals trying to smuggle themselves across the border. Gang rapes against female Americans has escalated over the years, i.e. on December 19, 2002, four illegal aliens were among the five men who brutally gang-raped a New York City woman. On December 10, 2004 the last of five illegal aliens, this one Salvadoran, coped a plea for his participation in the gang rape of a Virginia woman in the summer of 2001. The victim died from her injuries. In Charlotte, North Carolina, October 12, 2004, a 37-year old woman was gang raped by seven men, all reported to be illegal aliens; six were taken into custody while a search was being conducted to catch the seventh rapist. One border watcher who contacted NWVs requesting media coverage says these rapists are now traveling in packs like dogs targeting white American women and that the escalation of gang rapes will continue unless the states take their own action by putting the National Guard on the borders of Arizona, Texas, California and New Mexico. This border watcher who wished to remain anonymous also said that Bush isn't welcome in "Bush country" anymore and that Bush cares more about trade with Mexico than he does about upholding the law of the land. Fourth of July 2003 saw an ugly incident down in Los Angeles: Mexicans launched organized protests against the US, burning American Flags in front of a Veterans Cemetery and then attacking Americans protesting illegal immigration. The pictures below were forwarded by several sources. One photo not shown is a common sight in the Los Angeles area: cars with bumper stickers which read, "F*** you, this is still Mexico." (KCBS TV) Nationwide there were 92 reports of Westwood violence, including this report in New York City. Many predict it's just a matter of time before other cities will begin to see this type of anti-American demonstrations as the leaders of the movement to take back the four border states for Mexico become more bold. A major problem seen by many are employers throughout these united States of America that knowingly hire illegals for cheap wages. There seems to be no fear of being held accountable for hiring and shielding illegal aliens from the law because there is virtually no enforcement by local law enforcement in the states themselves.
