Third Group Claims Responsibility for Egypt Bombs By REUTERS http://www.nytimes.com/reuters/international/international-egypt-explosions- claim.html?pagewanted=print Filed at 0:40 a.m. ET DUBAI (Reuters) - A third previously unknown Islamist group has claimed responsibility on the Internet for the bomb attacks on Egypt's Sharm el-Sheikh resort in which at least 64 people were killed. The claim by the Tawhid and Jihad Group in Egypt could be more credible as it was posted on an Islamist Web site often used by the al Qaeda group in Iraq. Two other Islamist groups, one claiming links to al Qaeda, have already said in Internet statements that they were behind the Sharm el-Sheikh bombings on Saturday. The Tawhid and Jihad Group in Egypt also said it was responsible for bomb attacks that ripped through the resort town of Taba last October, killing 34 people. All rights reserved.
