----- Original Message ----- From: Hi, I did a little research last night and found that with the purchase of P&O, DPWorld now controls all the worlds largest and most stratigic ports. This was a corporate buy out, not an active pursuit by the American Government. What was disturbing is that the Bush Administration is trying to put Dave Sanborn, a senior exec of UAE government owned DP World, in a top position under Sec. of Transportation Norm Mineta. That has totally missed the news circuit. This company now controls all major ports and could one of it's exec. in our government unless Congress stops the appointment.
