ANTI-HATE ORGANIZATION CALLS ON CNN TO END ITS ASSOCIATION WITH
TERROR-RELATED GROUP

CNN'S T.J. HOLMES FEATURES ON HIS SHOW COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR OF HAMAS
FRONT GROUP CAIR

(Coral Springs, FL) Americans Against Hate (AAH), an anti-bigotry, terrorism
watchdog group, is calling for CNN to end its relationship with the Council
on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group that has a number of ties to
terrorist organizations, specifically Hamas.

CAIR was created by Hamas operatives in June 1994, and in recent years, CAIR
was linked by the U.S. Justice Department to the financing of millions of
dollars to Hamas.

On Sunday, July 18th, Ibrahim Hooper, the National Communications Director
of CAIR, was featured on CNN's Faces of Faith show, which is hosted by T.J.
Holmes.

During the show, Holmes referred to CAIR as a "Muslim civil rights advocacy
organization." At the end of his interview with Hooper, Holmes stated to the
CAIR rep, "I hope to have you back" and "[W]e appreciate having you."

In January 2007, while being interviewed on CNN, Hooper refused to condemn
either Hamas or Hezbollah.

AAH Chairman Joe Kaufman stated, "CNN and T.J. Holmes should understand that
there is nothing worthwhile about trying to legitimize a group associated
with overseas terrorism. CAIR is a Muslim extremist organization that should
get no airtime whatsoever, no matter what the issue is. It is never okay to
legitimize terror or those who support terror."

Joe Kaufman is available for interview. E-mail:
