The Ballad of 'Obama Killed Osama' has hit a brick wall. The Truth came
along and did it in.
Making it worse for overworked and over paid spin meisters, after almost
three years not every college student is an Obama groupie; not every little
grade school kid is licking the Michelle lollipop.
Even with the plethora of frog-marching-with-left professors, there are
(Thank God) independent thinkers in every university in the land.
For the lollipop set, Mom and Dad are still the heroes, not the current
couple in the White House.
Try as you might to change it, If there is one thing kids innately know is
what a show-off is. So if Michelle Obama wants to boogie to the sound of
Beyonce music or celebrate cop-hating poet rappers at the White House,
too-many-to-count American young people continue to march to their own band.
Little gaffers still in their rompers learn from their parents that heroes
cannot be astro-turfed. A true to life hero becomes a hero through
selflessness and sacrifice and earn their status by virtue of having their
own skin in the game.
Message to Barack Obama from today's earnest youth: "Stop with the self-hero
worship and start doing your job so we can find one after graduation."
Message to Michelle from the backpack set: "You can't force us to eat our
broccoli, only our Moms can do that."
Out there in Made-up Hero Land, Obama has fallen off his crooked horse.
The two-week old "Obama Killed Obama" mantra is now been replaced by "OMG,
he lied!"
Even with all the media marbles in your alley bag, the truth has a way of
popping right up in the astroturf. And as of yesterday those who were
suspicious now all know that Obama was nowhere near the heroic Navy Seal
takedown of Osama bin Laden, having been blacked out with White House
cohorts during the Main Event.
Children going to school today will be shouting "OORAH!"
"CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports the 40
minutes it took to kill bin Laden and scoop his archives into garbage bags
were all recorded by tiny helmet cameras worn by each of the 25 SEALs. (CBS
News <http://www.cbsnews.com/2718-202_162-1106.html> , May 12, 2011).
"Officials reviewing those videos are still reconstructing a more accurate
version of what happened. We now know that the only firefight took place in
the guest house, where one of bin Laden's couriers opened fire and was
quickly gunned down. No one in the main building got off a shot or was even
armed, although there were weapons nearby.
"The SEALs first saw bin Laden when he came out on the third floor landing.
They fired, but missed. He retreated to his bedroom, and the first SEAL
through the door grabbed bin Laden's daughters and pulled them aside.
"When the second SEAL entered, bin Laden's wife rushed forward at him-or
perhaps was pushed by bin Laden. The SEAL shoved her aside and shot bin
Laden in the chest. A third seal shot him in the head."
What about that picture that went viral with President Obama, Hillary
Clinton et al looking so worried in the White House Situation Room?

during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the US
special forces was cut off.
A photograph released by the White House appeared to show President Barack
Obama and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it
unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the
compound." (The (British) Telegraph, May 12, 2011).
The completely fabricated 'Obama Killed Osama' gig is up.
A new T-shirt is coming onto the market that says: Obama lied to my parents
and all I got was this T-shirt."
