I have taken a pass over the Mylyn-Scenarios[1] to highlight how some of the gaps will be covered with the ongoing 3.0 efforts. From my understanding of it, it is nearly 100% covered. It would be worthwhile if someone with a little more experience with that scenario and API could review.
