Hi Parham,
I've taken a look at the document and have a couple thoughts:
1. we should remove the comment about getting TBL from the conference
activity ($25k+ when our budget is $9k is a bit of a head-scratcher ;-) )
2. make it clear that while the items in green text are closed from the
Communication UG perspective, that we're still looking for
feedback/agreement/support on these items from the StC
3. when you present, go into more details about what the outcomes of the
"arguments which have already been addressed" for the co-hosting option are
(or add them into the document or provide a second document/wiki page that
has them)
4. explain the support we're getting from OASIS for the event
5. explain the offer of (potential) support we've had from Eclipse for the
event
Please let me know if you have an updated document.
I think you will have 15-20 minutes during the call.
