Hi Parham,

While there has been quite a bit of success towards the mission of the OSLC
Communications group, I don't know that we can ever say "mission accomplished".
Still, I certainly see that a lot of the recent work, say ALM Forum, has taken
place without formal interaction in this group, but more through OASIS and the
OSLC Steering Committee.

Before we take the step of shutting the group, why don't we take the chance to
discuss how the group could operate more effectively, and how it should relate
to, and support, the StC.
What do others think?

Best regards,

Personally I believe that our OSLC User Group for Communications has achieve
its initially set objectives.
Under the new structure, I don't see it to actively contribute in terms of
making any decisions related to official dissemination and exploitation
activities of the OSLC.

I agree though that we can keep the communication line open for non OASIS
member to bring in ideas and feedback into the group.

Therefore, if all partners of this working group agree I'd suggest to close the
WG in its traditional structure - since we have reached all our objectives I'd
suggest a thanks message to everybody in the community.
