The draft query spec. doesn't seem to support queries involving absence of 
properties .  For example, 

        find all requirements which do not have a satisfiedBy link

Do any ofher domains see the need for such questions to be supported by 
OSLC Query?

Does anyone see any difficulty in extending OSLC query so that such 
formulations would be possible?  (I think SteveS was looking at 
"unsaid"/"negation by failure" at some point.)

If you read the Service Resource section of the draft spec, you'll see
that I do not have this covered. I would love your help in better
defining what we need both in the Service Resource and what we need
for inverse discovery too. Thanks for the offer.

At this point in spec development, I think you should feel free to
work in the OSLC Core Spec DRAFT document in this area or other areas
as needed.
