As you might infer, I am raising these issues at this time because I am actually creating the OSLC Core ServiceProvider and ResourceShape resources for the EMS 1.0 spec. This exercise has given me a good overview of all the resource and protery definitions and has exposed some minor errors and inconsistencies. I have looked at all places where we have defined an enumerated set of identifiers - some were URIs and some were Strings. I believe that by being consistent and using URIs in all cases, we will have a better spec, one that is more aligned with RDF design principles.
