On today's Core telecon, Steve asked about UML and RDF tools. I am aware of one from Sandpiper [1].
Sandpiper is led by Elissa Kendall who is very active in OWL standards. Jim Rhyne, a retired IBM DE, joined Sandpiper. I'm sure one of them would be glad to brief us.
