Per last week's meeting, all the URIs whose vocabulary document is
retrievable via the URI used to name the vocabulary term are now
hyperlinks.
In the process of testing those links, I found an odd hunk of vocabulary
document text.

http://open-services.net/ns/core#Reference says the following:
"representation" seems pretty awkward (this value is used in the
Representation column of OSLC resource definitions).

Reference is an RDF description.
A URI Reference representation to a resource.

http://open-services.net/ns/core#Either says the following: typos (remove
s on representations, add 'a' before blank node)

Either is an RDF description.
Representations is either a URI reference or blank node.
