I tend not to say too much about this in my "opening the space". When I cram too much into that time, it is easly to loose the momentum of the group. However, if people complain about a group then I ask if they said or did anything about it before they walked. There is usually a lot of learning for them in this. I also encourage them to put up the topic another way if they really have a passion for it.
