Hi Robert, when a group is at the point of "not wanting to go home" because they like how they feel and behave and produce in an Open Space meeting, I always take advantage of that kind of opening to ask if they would like to operate in Ongoing Open Space back in their organization. Different organizations have challenged themselves to become Open Space Organizations so that the high productivity, creativity, morale etc can become woven in to the daily experience.
