Thanks Michelle: for the 'bookmark' on issues around creating virtual organizations - I've been struggling with that both on a professional level and on a personal level (love working for myself - need to ensure that there is enough physical connection). My business partner and I are about to embark on a new phase in our virtual partnership - although I hasten to add that we are only 130 kms apart at the moment - and we get the "human fix" whenever it makes sense for us.
The new challenge is how do we do this across the Atlantic pond? if anyone else who has tried this your wisdom and counsel would be most welcome. My apologies in advance to those who may think this is a non-professional request - I find that the more open space work I engage in - the more I want/need to integrate it into the way I arrange my own business and the way I arrange my own life.
