Dear friends Before I go to bed I´d just like to share a little story that happened last week during a follow-up meeting after a 2,5 day OS with 2 merging schools. The organization is a bit "stressed" so some of those who came to the meeting didn´t know why they were there and I think some of them felt commanded to come although they had so so much else to do right now. The management of the schools has shown some signs of struggling to remain in control.
So not surprisingly one lady showed quite clearly that she did not like to be at the meeting and that´s when magic happened... At the start of the meeting I mentioned that the four principles and the law are with us today too. So, when I during the meeting, opened space for conversations of their choice - by raising issues the OS-way - she protested - we´ve done this before - I don´t understand why we do this again. And actually I have so much else to do... So I reminded the group of the 4P and L2F. After that it seems she turned completely quite fast. In fact while working through the 3 issues they had raised she kneeled down and brought up another one: How can we share with the others about this meeting?! And in the closing circle she shared that she was happy with this meeting... Wow, what an experience.
