We are innovating in that we are teaching finance people about OST, and other techniques about engaging with "customers" er, the rather with households and the public. We're getting them to put those words "customer" and "consumer" away! They are at a loss now because so many of their risks blew up! And their entire system they hung their hat on lacks integrity and now the most scrupulous investors will not put in a dime! Good for them. It is a time of reckoning and reaching beyond reflexes for new ideas.
