Thanks Lucas for all those answers.
When you say objectives and outcomes would be decided by each local
team - doesn't that affect the choice of dialogue tool (Open Space or
otherwise) to achieve those objectives and outcomes?
In other words, if a local team says 'we want a 4-hour event for
decision-making' that informs the choice of a different tool than OS.
Your thoughts?
