Hi Everyone,
This is a lecture I picked up from another source. It is about 40mins long but worth watching every minute. The topic is self organised learning. Professor Sugata Mitra's, Professor Educational Technology Newcastle University, talks about his experiences placing computers in remote villages that have never seen them before and how children not only learn how to use them to the standard of an average western user within a couple of months. The children also manage to teach themselves English so that they are able to use them. The studies he has carried out are incredible.
