Dear Claudia,
the Open Space worldscape
http://www.openspaceworldscape.org/

presently lists 643 events posted by some 60 facilitators from around the world in 12 fields (such as business, administration, education, health, etc.) and 18 subfields giving a bunch of details, including the themes of the events... but nothing about "what they reached".
This would be a grand field for investigation and research.

Occasionally, there are detailed reports. One is include in "Meine open space Praxis" that describes in great detail what was reached, what changed, etc. in an outfit that used OST in their work several times a year over a ten year period and keep using it. Its in German. So you will probably enjoy reading it. I was amazed when I read it having no idea as their facilitator what all they reached and did and changed in their business. If other facilitators are like me, they probably also know little about what their clients "reached"... you probably have to ask the clients themselves...

Greetings from Berlin
