Dear Annamarie, I'm afraid that I seem to fail understanding your point... :-(
The phrase "Silent Leadership" is in fact exactly what we aim at accomplishing: "let it go" trusting people's inherent, collective conscience. In my FB there is a Group name "Art of Silent Leadership" and some descriptions about what the group aims at.
