[OSList] List is up - but messages will be held until archives are ready

The new OSLIST home - oslist@lists.openspacetech.org - is up but I'm 
holding the messages posted since yesterday until the archives are live.

You may not be able to log in and change your password yet. Hopefully 
DreamHost will take care of the archives and the login soon.
