I'm a little confused, Kay. (Not at all unusual these days!) In the next to last paragraph, you clearly used the term "group" to refer to groups of participants, not groups of topics as the term was used in the prior paragraph. I assume these participant groups were self-selected. How was that facilitated?

Each group was given one hour to figure out 1) Who was to carry the group on as convenor(s); 2) What are action steps (based on you know what to do, you need more information, you have no clue) 3) When the group would meet next.
