I have just finished a thorough read of The Change Handbook edited by Peggy Holman and Tom Devane and compliment Peggy and Tom on a superb book filled with the best compilation of change methodologies that is available. I highly recommend this book to all on the list as a must have. Congratulations Peggy!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!
