********************************* I thought your letter was great -- as for cases, i guess that really depends on the situation. Not incidentally, I find that most folks are hooked on what they think they can do -- and not what others have done. So I always try and make the letter of invitation as provocative as possible -- inciting them to empowerment, as it were. always remembering that most people ( I think) are little concerned with the process and very much concerned with the issue and what they think they can do about it.
