Thank you for sharing this marvelous story Reinhardt. It actually has
inspired me to offer a similar opportunity to the employees of my husband's
workplace. The plant is closing in March with a loss of 120+ employees. My
spouse is a "junior" employee with 28 years of service, so it gives you an
idea of the degree of change facing these (mostly) men aged 50+...many never
have worked at other jobs.
It is worth a try for sure!!
