To make it short, I called everybody and the were more than happy. And the price of course was better (only 50 USD, that includes food and materials). Later, the Chamber of Industries called me to tell me that they want to assist, and they offered me their conference room, which is big enough.......so just imagine, now I am calling to tell to those who said no at the begginig, the changes, and I already got some positive answers. So my lesson is clear: I tried to do it my way, instead of listening to the people. And as soon as I did what they wanted, the results changed..........ITS GREAT.
