Dear Joelle and Tova, Thanks for the reply. Since both the Compaq and the H-P are global companies and the merger was initiated somewhere at the Headquarters, I don't think that my approaching of local managers would help. Moreover, I am quite sure that the Hungarian operations might join a central initiative rather then initiate it.
