THat was my thought too Harrison.  No planes in the sky.  Usually we are
inundated with airliners making the big journey north to Asia, or coming
in over our island to land at Vancouver International.  We see contrails
too, and hear the buzz of seaplanes and helicopters.

But yesterday, and again today, nothing.  The odd light in the sky as a
late arriving trans-pacific flight put down in Vancouver instead of
Seattle or San Francisco, or Los Angeles.  But other than that it was
quiet.

Like we are given a chance to start again.  A little open space to begin
reframing our experience of the world?
