I pick up on one of your last lines In short it worked fine because I trusted the process and the people to organize in a way that suited them. I think that really great OST facilitators do so well because the trust the people as well as the process. And as the philosopher Heideggar said a person is not a thing or a process but an opening through which the Absolute can manifest.
