Hi!!!! I am newcomer to OST. My first workshop was with Peace Corps trainees in October last year (I learned OST roughly and co-facilitated a session). My teacher at that time was marvelous Corinne Nelson who also gave me some material and additional references.
Next experience (december 2000) was held with a small group of 5 (staff and administration), who work at a business school, during just 3 hour. Results: amazing and astonishing to everybody. An urgent meeting was planned (according to a partipant's suggestion) for the other day. For this occasion, nine teachers were invited to focus in institution's role during 2001 and 2002 (strategic plan was already concluded). Results: impressive improvements to the plan. For the first time in 15 years, instructors and teachers (top specialists in several fields) participated in planning meetings. The meeting lasted 5 hours. Last saturday 1st, I organized a seminar to introduce OST among a small group of consultants. Six participated and everyone enthusiastically got acquianted with OST. In this meeting we remembered that according to ancient greek's mithology, chaos was converted into "order" through the intervention of EROS (to us EROS represents passion and responsibility). If you wish further details, contact me Have my warm regards together with my excuses for my terrible English (I am a native Spanish, born and raised in Peru and working in Bolivia).
