dear all,

I am really privileged to listen so many slides of the truth and very
enriching indeed.

very interesting dialogues are going on spirit and democracy - but as i am
reflecting on past postings on spiral dynamic & ken, i was thinking about
Aurobindo's model.(ken refined his models to a certain extent from Aurobindo
as he did from many other sources) and took courage for this first posting.

Aurobindo in his spiritual work also consists of different quadrants and
what he observe regarding the movement across the quadrant is "A
transformation of human nature can only be achieved when the substance of
the being is so steeped in the spiritual principle that all its movements
are a spontaneous dynamism and a harmonized process of the spirit."

(Though i did not attend formal OS what i can visualise)What OST enable its
willing participants a spontaneous expression in a harmonized process of
spirit.. As I read more on Aurobindo's work, I find that spontaneous
dynamism and harmonised process of the spirit enables a free movement across
its hierarchies/quadrants. Derivative of the above proposition is that OST
is all pervasive and capable of reaching perhaps all quadrants.

Another line of caution is that to analyze it purely on rational ground will
be pure injustice. What Aurobindo Said" But reason can not arrive at any
final truth because it can neither get to the root of things nor embrace
their totality. It deals with the finite, the separate and has no measure
for the all .." Hence is the scope of our intuitive mind.

Just thought to share from the few pages of eastern wisdom.

Thanking you,
 with regards
