Doug, my feeling is, that holding the space is an integral (awareness)-activity, where I put nothing between my self and the other selves. By nothing I mean: no special thought no special inerests no special tool
so it is an anti-focussing beeing fully present When I take a picture I am focussing in the optical sense and in the mental sense so I (my self) am not fully there but partially But perhaps I am completely wrong. Or perhaps this is a perfectionists way of being non-relaxed. I do not know. But would like to know how others see it.
