If you use any form of public address system anyone who is blind will have difficulty locating where people are speaking from (because all voices come from the speakers) - which they find disconcerting. Where you have written instructions you could illustrate the meaning of the words with sketches (a clock to indicate time for example) if you have participants with learning disabilities.
