For those who understand German language here's something about them (sorry, I haven't got the time for translating this): Gewaltfreie Konfliktbearbeitung in Ruanda und Südafrika in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Weltfriedensdienst und umdenken, politisches Bildungswerk Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Hamburg am 19. Mai 2003 im ikm von 18 bis 21 Uhr An der Alster 40 (Haus des CVJM) mit den Referentinnen Martine Bonny Dikonque, Marjorie Jobson und Naciye Celebi-Bektas Martine Bonny Dikonque ist Leiterin und Trainerin von INSERE und unterstützt aktiv den Friedensprozess in Ruanda. Die Organisation INSERE aus Kamerun ist auf Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und Ausbildung spezialisiert. In den von INSERE organisierten Seminaren werden Methoden und Strategien der gewaltfreien Konfliktbearbeitung vorgestellt. In die Seminargestaltung fließen geschlechtsspezifische Fragestellungen mit ein. Marjorie Jobson ist Koordinatorin für Gender Trainings bei All Africa Women for Peace (AAWP), Pretoria, Südafrika. AAWP ist eine Kontakt und Netzwerkstelle für Frauen die in der Konfliktbewältigung tätig sind. Neben der Dokumentation, Analyse und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit organisiert AAWP auch Workshops und Trainings in der gewaltfreien Konfliktbearbeitung. Naciye Celebi-Bektas ist Bildungsreferentin bei umdenken, politisches Bildungswerk Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Hamburg e.V. Schwerpunkte ihrer Arbeit betreffen die Bereiche Frauen/ Geschlechterdemokratie sowie Intergrationspolitik. Sie wird auf den Aspekt der "Diversity" in Gender-Mainstreaming eingehen. Auch der Aspekt der Migration in der Disskussion der Geschlechterdemokratie in Deutschland bzw. in Hamburg wird näher betrachtet und im Zusammenhang der Gender Mainstreaming behandelt. Wie beeinflussen Geschlechterverhältnisse, Vorstellungen von Weiblichkeit und Männlichkeit gewalttätig ausgetragene Konflikte und die Konfliktnachsorge? ist die zentrale Frage für den Abend. Neben dem aktuellem Bericht aus den Ländern werden Erfahrungen mit Trainingsarbeit vorgestellt und mit der Arbeit zum Thema Gender in Deutschland verbunden.
